  Not too bad. You get what you pay for. I lived there for 2 years and it was fine. Lots of $1400/month apts out there for you crybabies who expect more....

  Apartment manager does not know what she is doing she is never there when she is suppose to be she never answers the phone will put pmt notifications on your door and can't tell you where they came from and expect you to pay them DO NOT MOVE IN SOLARIS RANCH the whole complex complains about the manager and these bogus notes she stay putting on your doors trash over flows car gets rambled thru house broken in and my door is halfway fixed maintenance men look like a dopfiend I can go on and on!

  Worse management ever! They are not professional at all.All previous reviews are on point about trash, management and maintenance issues. Office hours constantly change and are never honored. I have received 3 wrongful notifications about payments in the last 4 months.
