  I MOVED INTO VISITIANA APARTMENT DECEMBER 1ST 2017.AND I HAVE HAD A N BAD EXPERIENCE EVER SINCE. RAT INFESTATION IN MY APARTMENT. WE JUST GOT A NEW APARTMENT MANGER LET'S SEE IF SHE CAN SHAPE THIS APARTMENT UP AND CLEAN IT UP. TO BE CONTINUED..... I WILL KEEP ALL INFORMED.

  I would give 0 stars if I could. I lived in Vistana apartments a little over a year ago and stayed approximately 5 weeks. I ended up staying in the at that time manager's apartment with her and her husband. My apartment was supposed to be ready when I relocated to Texas. Management knew I was coming to Texas 3 months before I moved so there was plenty of time to make repairs. Low and behold I get there and the apartment has barely been touched despite assurances that it was well on its way and would be ready when I got there. I worked within the community cleaning apartments and was barely payed yet was told I was being payed the "big bucks". I saw some of the most disgusting filthy apartments while working there cleaning apartments. My own apartment that after nearly 4 and a half months by the time I finally had enough and moved was no better. Even refrigerators were no exception to bug infestations due to the owner refusing to buy brand new appliances and there often being issues with the seals of the refrigerator doors. Toilets not working, holes in walls, nearly any kind of filth and nastiness you can imagine i saw in those apartments. Paint falling off doors, windows so scum covered that no amount of scrubbing could clean them, missing window panes. I mean wow and the maintenance was far under payed and over worked. 1 maintenance man barely did anything passing all of the work off to the other then spent his time either gaming or outside chatting with tenants making friendly so they wouldn't complain about him never working. This place is a complete health hazard and needs to be condemned if the owner doesn't step it up which after meeting him once I can honestly say that day will not come as long as he owns it. Nice enough guy but very cheap and wanted management and maintenance cutting corners at every possible opportunity.
