  I am a new resident and so far I am very happy with my decision to move here. The application process was fast and easy. Georgina is awesome! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They perform background checks on their residents which is great! The apartments are well kept, clean, and QUIET. So far I have only met one neighbor. She seems nice and friendly. I’ve had to call maintenance for a small issue, but they were fast and efficient. I submitted the request late night and they came out the next morning. The one and only criticism I have is the parking situation. I reside at the back of the complex. Uncovered/free parking is very limited which, depending on where your building, forces you to purchase the covered parking. With no covered parking where my building is, I would have to walk very far to an uncovered parking spot. Sometimes even to the front of the complex. If it weren’t for that, I would give it 5 stars.
