    The name of the company is Empower but I feel nothing about being empowered with this company. My advice to you is that is rated at 3 for a reason. They are not a good company. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and I am contacting the lawyer. I had a car accident on October 18th 2017 and I have yet to get my car. The insurance is lousy. The customer service is lousy. The employees are lazy and slow to do their job. My advice to you is to find someone else. I'm posing the question: how do you Ensure someone with a 2014 Ford with collision and comprehension only. No Towing, no car rental, and no being able to reach the person that you need to speak with regarding your claim. I lost so much time and mental and physical pain. Please whatever you do research, research, research. I did not choose this company the car dealer chose them for me. And that will never happen again. So my advice to you is to not use empower Insurance for anything. I have never been so disappointed in a company in my life.
